Why?
If
you are dissatisfied and want more out of life, a very good question to
ask yourself is: “Why?”
Why
did you make the choices that have limited you to where you are?
Why
did you choose your rules?
Why
do you accept your current limits?
Why
haven’t you acted to do better for yourself?
Simply
bringing the focus of what and why can bring improvements because much of
our behavior is beyond our normal awareness.
Choices
Write
down your choices, rules, and limits as best as you can.
Then seriously examine and question their origins and validity.
Look for practical improvements that you can start making.
Keep a journal and record your progress.
Re-evaluate regularly to optimize your performance.
Make particular note of how your life and self-image are improving.
Continue
the process as you move through improving levels of life quality.
