To
and For
Make
a list of everybody and everything that you have responsibility to and
for. Then under each item of
responsibility, try to write down exactly what your responsibility is and
what you think it should actually be.
Then rewrite your list by placing the items of most importance
toward the top. Finally, on a scale of 0-10, rate each item on the basis of
how much attention you give each item.
Don’t be surprised if your ratings are a bit revealing. Notice that we are only asking for your perceptions.
We are not assigning responsibilities or judging your answers.
Why?
Take
the list that you just made and ask yourself why you have each
responsibility and how you feel about each one.
Then make a new list of responsibilities that you feel you should
be taking and why.
Our
Suggestion
A
component too often left out is taking enough responsibility for personal
growth and improved life quality (does not have to be more money).
If you want to have more or be able to give more, improving
personal ability and strength is the ideal place to start.
Use you present and future responsibilities to justify your efforts
for personal and mind growth.
