Learning, teaching, and selling are closely related.  A common saying around educators is that if you want to really learn the contents of a course, teach it.

Learning and education applies everywhere.  The same principles apply across the board.  If the learner can effectively open his or her internal lock to new concepts and information, the learning process can change dramatically.  The same holds true for teachers that can open their students’ internal locks.  True growth through learning goes well beyond simply memorizing and reciting.

Consider how IQ is measured.  You are tested to determine your abilities for comprehension and problem solving.  To be effective in the tests, you must be able to approach the problems from multiple viewpoints, which will give you multiple possibilities from which to choose.  By having the extended options, you are able to correctly answer questions that people with narrow options cannot answer, and you will get higher ratings on the tests.  Consider what raising your IQ for everyday life situations would do for you.

Why do people tend to have narrow viewpoints and limited problem solving abilities?  The answer is because our minds naturally tend to lockup with what we accept as being good enough.  Once the lockup has occurred, we try to insist on using inadequate skills as our only options.  We generally do not know an effective method for improving our skills, because we were never taught how to effectively develop mind-power skills.
